Booking conditions
When you submit a booking request to Hotel Strandgaarden, you will receive a confirmation that we have received your inquiry.
The booking is only considered final once Hotel Strandgaarden has confirmed the reservation and received payment.
Once the booking is processed and approved, you will receive an email with payment instructions.
The full booking must be prepaid no later than 7 business days after receiving the confirmation email with payment details. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be canceled.
Cancellation Policy & No-Show
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your stay more than 36 hours before your arrival, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 36 and 24 hours before arrival will result in a 50% refund.
For cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of arrival, no refund will be given.
Any changes or requests regarding your stay must be sent by email to: booking@hotelstrandgaarden.dk or info@hotelstrandgaarden.dk.
No-Show
In the event of a no-show for bookings made through our website, no refund will be offered.
For bookings made with our partners, we refer to the applicable terms on their websites.
Additional conditions
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in our rooms.
If smoking occurs, a charge of 2,500 DKK will be applied.
This charge covers cleaning of smoke odor, replacement of bed linens, carpets, and any potential damages caused by smoking.
Children
1 child under the age of 3, who can sleep in the parents’ bed, stays for free.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping on stays below the duration of 3 nights will not be provided during your stay.
Housekeeping on stays above the duration of 3 nights are included in your booking fee.
If this is required, it can be requested at the reception for an additional fee.
Additional Charges
Guest Liability and Charges
As a guest, or the person who is the guarantor for the room, you are responsible for any costs and/or damages incurred by the hotel during your stay.
You are obligated to replace any items of movable property that are damaged or unauthorizedly removed from the hotel room or other areas of the hotel.
In the event of unpaid bills from purchases at the restaurant or Trust Bar, Hotel Strandgaarden will send a follow-up invoice for payment.
